Overview

The Branding page lets you customize the look and feel of your Smartbills experience. Upload your company logo, set brand colors, and customize how exported reports and receipt templates appear. Consistent branding ensures that expense reports and documents reflect your organization’s identity. To access branding settings, navigate to Settings > Branding in the left sidebar.
Only users with the Admin or Owner role can modify branding settings.
Your company logo appears in the sidebar, exported reports, and email notifications. To upload or replace your logo:
  1. Click the Upload Logo button or the existing logo preview
  2. Select an image file from your computer
  3. Adjust the crop area if needed
  4. Click Save
Supported formats are PNG, JPG, and SVG. For best results, use a square image at least 256x256 pixels with a transparent background.

  • Header: Company name, logo placement, and contact information
  • Footer: Custom text such as legal disclaimers or policy references
  • Fields: Choose which expense fields appear on the exported document
Click Save after making changes. All future exports will use the updated template.
