Troubleshooting

Verify that webhooks are registered correctly in Shopify Admin > Settings > Notifications. Re-install the integration if webhooks are missing.
Check if both webhook sync and scheduled sync are enabled. Use one sync method to prevent duplicates.
New Shopify products need to be mapped to Smartbills categories. Go to integration settings to map unmapped products.
Ensure POS sync is enabled in the integration settings. Shopify POS transactions use a separate event stream.
Refund webhooks must be registered separately. Check the webhook configuration in the integration settings and re-authorize if needed.
